Mr. Ramamurty is a Civil Engg. Professional with 35 years of expertise in Project Management, Procurement, Contract Administration, Program Management, Project Monitoring & Control, Client Management and completed many infrastructure projects such as Railways, Metro Rail, Irrigation, Industrial and Residential Buildings. He has been associated with many iconic infrastructure projects across the world. He has significantly contributed in building the infrastructure in the country. In Indian Railways, he has worked in various positions and played a key role in completion of projects from start to finish. The main contribution involves Koraput – Rayagada BG Railway Line (162 KM with 32 Tunnels), Raipur – Vizianagaram Double Line (469 KM), NTPC Siding at Visakhapatnam (45KM), External & Internal Rail Facilities (90KM) to Vizag Steel Plant. After taking the VRS from Indian Railways, he joined the Corporate Sector in 2009 and actively involved and played a vital role in successful Completion & Commissioning of Metro Rail Projects at Chennai (45 KM), prestigious PPP mode project at Hyderabad (72 KM) (Largest PPP mode Metro Rail project in the world) and worked as a Vice President (Metro Rail) for Consulting Engineers Group (CEG) Ltd. from Nov’ 2016 to Dec’2021 and involved in Elevated Metro Rail Projects of Line 7 & Line 2B (40 Km) at Mumbai. He is the founder of LRSS Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. and has motivational leadership and positive attitude. He is responsible for Business development and Client Management. As a Managing Director, he also leads the Team in policy formulation with special focus on global business strategy, business synergy and human resource management.
Mr. Babu Rao.M is a Civil Engineering Professional and an IRSE officer of the 2004 batch, having a career spanning over 32 years with high accomplishments. Throughout the tenure, he has held senior leadership positions (Assistant Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer, Deputy Chief Engineer, Sr. Divisional Engineer) in Indian Railways and has been instrumental in adopting successful Project Management initiatives, Contract Management, and Stakeholder management. He has good knowledge in Pre & Post Contract Management and has completed many projects in Indian Railways from start to finish such as New Lines, Doubling & Yard Remodelling Works with Non-Interlocking Working and always played a vital role in timely completion of the projects. Having recently retired as a distinguished Sr. DEN/Bridges in Visakhapatnam, has good expertise in a diverse range of areas, including track management, depot operations, sidings, and bridges and has remarkable experience in handling major contracts and navigating complex Arbitration Cases during the tenure in Indian railways.
Mr. K. Ravindra Kumar Kumar is a Civil Engineering Professional and an IRSE officer of the 2011 batch, having an illustrious career spanning over 39 years. Throughout the extensive tenure in various leadership roles (Sr. Section Engineer, Assistant Executive Engineer, Deputy Chief Engineer), he has honed expertise in various domains, including Project Management, Contract Management, and Stakeholder management. In his tenure, he actively contributed to the successful completion of numerous projects from initial to final delivery such as Execution of Koraput – Rayagada Line between Laxmipur and Tikri, Planning and Execution of Vishakhapatnam Major Yard Remodelling Works, Execution of doubling works between Koraput - Kirnadul, Monitoring of Tender systems, Planning and Procurement of Railway material for all projects in East Coast Railway. Recently retired from role as Dy. Chief Engineer in Bhubaneswar, has experience in Planning, Procurement, Project Management, and Yard Remodelling Works. Made significant contributions to the successful completion of multiple Railway projects in the East Coast region.
Mr. V Rambabu is a highly experienced Legal Professional wherein he has extensive knowledge in the areas of law pertaining to Arbitration and Conciliation Proceedings, challenging arbitration Award under Section 34 and 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 before the appropriate Hon'ble Courts. Dealt all kinds of Engineering Tenders and Contracts in reference to legal points. Having experience in dealing Labour Laws such as Industrial disputes, Payment of Wages (Including Minimum Wages), Workmen’s Compensation etc. Further dealt Land Acquisition matters, Eviction cases under Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act 1971, Service and non-service matters. Corresponding to his extensive experience in legal field , he is currently enrolled as an Advocate before the Hon'ble Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati and is practising before the Hon'ble District Court, Visakhapatnam offering his valuable legal suggestions.. He has vast expertise in legal field relating to Arbitration matters and litigation, besides having operational and structural understanding of the Railways and other Organizations.

She has 3 years of experience in Project & Contract Management and has demonstrated her expertise in managing and delivering successful projects, with a focus on client interaction and day-to-day management of works. As a core member of LRSS team, she supports the team in all business activities, leveraging her technical knowledge and project management skills to ensure successful outcomes for our clients. With a passion for innovation and sustainability, she is committed to deliver exceptional results that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
Mrs. Ch. Sharanya is an empaneled Architect. She has demonstrated her ability to handle all architectural works independently, from concept to completion and has inclination towards residential sector. As a core member of LRSS team, she supports the team by bringing her technical expertise and innovative design skills to every project. With a passion for sustainable design and a commitment to deliver exceptional results, she works collaboratively with clients to create unique and functional spaces that meet their needs and expectations.
